My family has been going to this doctor's office for almost a year. We like the doctors and nurses. They are informative, friendly, caring and knowledgeable. The only problem is their office staff. They are rude, abrupt, and will not explain anything to you, unless you drag it out of them. Very dissapointing. Also, we have had problems getting anyone to answer the phone. It seems they are constantly away from their desk. This makes it difficult to make an appointment, or to get any help. Overall, I do not like having to call and talk to their personnel. Since all my family members like the doctor, we stay.
